Tom Lambert knows theatre and the arts. He knows it is a vital part of our social fabric and knows that without it, we can not grow as a society.

Being brought up in an arts focused family in Geelong, he was exposed to the performing arts and fell in love with it. After training with Robin Lee and Peter Dickinson, Tom was accepted in to the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, where he completed VCE and later completed a Bachelor of Dance at VCA. Once graduated, he became a member of the Australia/New Zealand touring cast of Fiddler on the Roof starring Topol. He then turned his head towards Arts Management. This has seen him in such roles as Assistant Company Manager/Administrator for The Production Company (2008-2012), Assistant Company Manager on Boy From Oz (2011), Volunteer Manager/Ticketing Manager and Administrator for Midsumma Festival (2008-2012), Assistant Stage Manager for Jubilation for Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall (2012), and most recently Theatre Operations at Alex Theatre St Kilda.

His strong work ethic and positive attitude in the work place means people feel happy and at ease to do their job. His philosophy is “what ever it takes”. This means, within reason, what ever it takes to keep a company or venue running at the high level that the public expects.
